Kind of like strats n stuff on extraction abandon where I show a strategy I like to use alot in matchmaking, I think it works more in halo4 than any other game just because sprint encourages people to be reckless when chasing.

Use this one literally every abandon game on halo 4 once again mostly doubles
just crouch once against the rock then tap jump twice and crouch jump for extra height
