So here are some spots and little trick to annoy other teams with some are riskier than others but payoff if you can get away with it...
Abandon extraction will be in throwdown till june 3rd but you can still do the partner extraction on haven 1plot and station 9 1plot

just crouch once against the rock then tap jump twice and crouch jump for extra height
