John Shirley has written an excellent novel dealing with the rise and fall of the Covenant! The book offers two different perspectives of two historical events in the Halo lore. Not only that, but we learn more about the species of Sanghelli, and more interestingly, the ProphetsWe even get into reproduction! Well almost..but it was cool nonetheless to learn about it. Any new knowledge is awesome knowledge!
