"Update this is more likely the player collision is getting stuck on machine tiles/vehicles when frozen you can detach it a few ways. I can fully repeat the issue I can re-create it in one player both or all this effects the players not the vehicle stationary code per say but there is exceptions"

Vehicles can have the "stationary code" off too it is taxing especially near moving machines so its disabled near them so that the vehicle can be pushed out of the way and not stop the machine.. Else wise unnecessary calculations happen for it pausing un-pausing pausing un-pausing every time the vehicle is moved. Ascension this happens on for example.
