VERY VERY speculative so may not keep this up or i'll remove and edit it into a compilation. If you crouch on a hog well any vehicle just out side the range of another machine type thing in this engine just barely be on the tile of it not triggering it.
Crouch till the "freeze range" hit box touches it. This might take a few trys this then will disable the vehicle pop on the whole map. No idea what this is useful for yet but it is odd and this makes the 3rd map and most obvious as to what might be happening here and makes me hopeful we figure it out.
