Half-life no damage walkthrough (Chapter 4: Office complex) @A100hunter

As you can see I've skipped the refrigerator portion. AFAIK, you can't do it in Half-life: source, because you can't do that glitch with opening the door by making ANY scientist or sec. guard just touch it. Anyway, I've conserved a great amount of time there.
