A man was arrested in connection with a mass shooting in east Baltimore in August that left one person dead, Baltimore police said. Eric Kibler, 43, of Hagerstown, faces several charges, including first- and second-degree murder, charging documents show. Anthony Martin, 36, was shot and killed. The argument started between Martin and members of a motorcycle club over a parking spot, investigators said.
