Check out our hack::soho recording from our 3 August, 2023 event featuring Nicolò Boatto, Senior Security Consultant at IOActive, and his presentation "Unicorn Engine - What, Why, How." This talk provided an overview of what Unicorn Engine is, why you should use it in your reverse engineering endeavors and how to get started emulating binaries with it. The talk stepped through the process of reverse engineering an embedded device firmware.
