Nick Begich explains the basics on how HAARP works. This is the shortest, clearest, explanation I can find, so it is recommended viewing, if you want to know the basics. Nick Begich is the world expert (non-classified) on this technology, and he gave a 60 minute interview, to Alex Jones' crew. Most of the interview, he is talking about all the amazing, wonderful, things the lil' ol' harmless Haarp can do for planet Earth. Things like blowing big chunks of the atmosphere out into space (which are permanently lost). This clip shows the one time he admits it can be used to control, and mess up the natural weather patterns. This video is also important, because he says, very clearly, that Haarp is just the trigger, that causes MUCH MORE energy from the ionosphere, to enter the area of Haarp attack. That larger energy, from the ionosphere, is used to accomplish the goals of the Haarp operators. So, Haarp is really just the primer cap, on the back of a bullet. The energy stored in the ionosphere is the gunpowder, inside the bullet. That is where the real power comes from, to produce the man-made high pressure areas in the jetstream, and produce drought, and other weather warfare effects. He is incorrect in saying the downstream effects can't be modelled, as those effects are now predicted many days in advance, and Haarp is the main weather controller for the western half of the USA.
Presently, the Greenland Ice Sheet is under attack, and is melting rapidly, due to the jetstream flowing over Greenland, every few days. When Greenland melts, sea levels rise 23 feet, so this is a terrorist attack on the entire world. All the nations of the world need to monitor this technolgy, and use international law to arrest those in charge.
