The 1967 Gyro-X is a two-wheel car that balances thanks to a gyroscope situated between the front wheel and the driver. Designed by Alex Tremulis and engineered by Thomas Summers, it was the subject of an intense six-year restoration, which included re-fabricating the entire rear section of the car, the rear suspension and drive system, the gyroscope, etc. Here, the car is being driven back on to the exhibit floor of the Lane Motor Museum by the employee who restored this amazing car, Michael Hüby.
