Seel is weak against Grass and Electric moves. It can use Icy Wind, an Ice move, and Rest to heal itself, and then Snore for weak damage. It also has Thick Fat, halving Fire/Ice damage (which is reduced to 1/4 by typing).

Dewgong is stronger, generally. It is weak to Grass, Electric, and possibly Fighting. It can use Aurora Beam and Ice Shard (Ice moves) for 150% of their normal power, and Rest and Sleep Talk in a way Seel can. It also has Thick Fat, which, taking all into account, will make Fire do half-damage, and Ice do 1/8 damage. Don't use Ice moves.

Piloswine is weak against Fighting, Rock (?), Steel (?), Fire, Water, and Grass. It can use Ice Fang and Blizzard, powerful Ice moves, with the latter being fully accurate in Hailing weather. It also has Hail and Mud Bomb, a Ground move. So, yeah, all its offensive moves -- except Hail -- get 50% extra power. Oh, and it's immune to Electric.
