Once you have defeated 19 battles in a row, you will face the Frontier Brain, Tucker. Here are his Pokémon:

Salamence (Dragon/Flying)
Item: Lum Berry
Aerial Ace
Brick Break
Dragon Claw
Earthquake

Charizard (Fire/Flying)
Item: White Herb
Aerial Ace
Rock Slide
Overheat
Earthquake

Swampert (Water/Ground)
Item: Focus Band
Surf
Ice Beam
Counter
Earthquake

The good news is that all of these Pokémon are 4x weak to something, so this isn’t too hard. If you have a Sceptile, say hello to Swampert with a Leaf Blade. An Ice Beam will send Salamence into oblivion, while Charizard can be taken down with a Rock Slide or two (or if you have Hydro Pump or a Rain Dance/Surf combo, go for that). Pick your strategy, and if you have your own approach, go for it. Remember, Tucker can only use two of his Pokémon in battle, so choose wisely and try to mix up the movesets of your Pokémon.

Taking Tucker out will earn you the Tactics Symbol.
