The highlight of the Severn Valley Railway Spring Steam Gala would be the re-creation of the Ffestiniog Railway Special train which would take place sixty years after the original excursion took place. The fact that 7802 Bradley Manor & 7812 Erlestoke Manor are still active 60 years after the original run is a remarkable achievement in itself. Anyway four angles capture the run starting off with a 5mph creep over the viaduct as the pair ease out of Bewdley, I have trimmed this down as the scene was quite long. Once clear of the restriction the pair open up for the climb towards to Bewdley Tunnel passing Stourport Junction then through Safari Cutting and then finally at the top near Bewdley Tunnel. It was a great sight and sound for all concerned as double headed Manors are a rarity these days.
