I had an earlier run that was a tick faster but this is pretty clean. Just showing my route in hopes it's useful for some other people

With the Rosewood hull and max sails, you can skip a lot of the rapids which is probably the biggest way you can save time here.

I gained 20,730 xp in 531.33 ticks. If we round this up to 540 ticks per run, this works out to 230k xp/h.

I did mess up around 1:55 during the S turn - I fixed it by lowering the sails for a little bit but ideally you can just make a smooth S the entire way around.
