In this video I Runecraft double Astrals for 1 hour.

I got: 28919 Runecrafting experience and 5210 Magic experience.

It is better to use the group teleport to Moonclan because it only takes more Earth runes (you should be weilding an Earth/Mud staff) and gives more experience than the single teleport.

I managed to get 28919 xp in an hour and 6 seconds. You may not have noticed it but I actually messed up a lot during this. 30k/h should be expected if you are trying and using mousekeys, which is the same as 1 efficient hour. 28919 divided by 8.7xp per rune is about 3324 essence used per hour or 6648 Astrals per hour.

I only use the medium, large, and giant pouches for making Astrals. This is because for the time it takes to bank twice to fill up the small pouch and the rest of the giant pouch is not worth it. You will do more runs per hour doing this method of only using 3.

I am using mousekeys in this video. If you want to know how to use these there are several youtube tutorials on how. I'm also using screenmarkers for the blue box, which can also be googled and easily found.

To repair pouches I am using npc contact, which contributed to the Magic experience a little bit. Npc contact is now the best way to repair pouches instead of going to the abyss, for Astrals that is.

I am wearing a black d'hide top, penance gloves, boots of lightness, glory, ring of dueling, seal of passage, spottier cape, and graceful legs. The black d'hide is to reduce damage taken from the Suqahs therefore meaning I need to eat less.

Astrals are 8.7 experience each.
