Here i show you what items you need and also to show you which you need to buy / craft and which you can acquire from trick or treat bags.

This is a permanent collection which means that this can be even acquired after Halloween.

To start this Achievement you need an item called Old Pillowcase which can be bought from trade post or very luckily found in trick or treat bags. Note: i opened 700+ and didn't find one.

Piece of Candy Corn Almond Brittle

Lump of Crystallized Nougat
Vial of Maize Balm
Sharpening Skull
Flash of Pumpkin Oil

Those that can only be bought or crafted are :
