He Summons a Lethal Fire Ring and if you leave the ring or with a skill like Blink will result in you being downed, however, a skill that grants you invulnerability, for example Mist Form, will allow you to safely leave the circle.

He also stays in one position and attacks but because of his attacks it is recommended to evade attacks and range attack him.

He normally attacks with fire wave which is easy to evade but as time passes or as in this video he was 60% hp he will start to use a Flame Circle AOE with some delayed time before it activate/deals damage.

And later the tricky part which he will summon a Fire Ring and attacks with both Fire Wave and the Flame Circle.
