After finishing all the 5 open skies and completing Open skies: Sunspear Sanctuary Achievement you will continue the journey for the Griffon by going to Kormir's Library which now is filled with Abandons former minions after she left.
You will need to open 10 Chests which there will be Elite minions which will have a random ability and also give a Key upon defeating them.
There are 6 chests on the ground level and 4 on the top level, also I suggest to start from the North where there is the secret underwater hidden library to keep track where you started from since there is no map indicator
I suggest to first go round the whole ground level until you get back to the starting point or you might miss a chest since in there are 6 chests and if you miss one you might need to run it again
And in the middle walkpaths there are no chests only Elites and if you are missing a key or need one left then you can go to the top floor since there is an Elite but should be left for last
Near the Elite Fleshreaver that is on the Top floor there are the 3 remaining chests so you should use this Elite as a reference to the places of the chests are
