In this build you will have 20% staff skill recharge reduction and the marks that you do will give 3% life force.
The bleeding will have 20% increased duration and the fear now deals damage and if you use it when the enemy has a condition on him then the damage given will be increased.
The Death Shroud will decrease by 50% less and you must also remember that the more HP you have the more life pool you will have.
I also used the trait to make the scepter conditions last 33% longer but you can change it to what you prefer.
This build focuses on the use of Death Shroud instead of passive heals per second like vamp builds so you might feel a little different in using this build.
I have tested this build for PvE and Dungeons and is quite good.As for WvW or PvP i haven't tested it yet but leave in the comment section below and say if it can be used for PvP or WvW or maybe it needs some changes to meet PvP or WvW standards.
