Dates are scientifically proven to be excellent at helping restore a healthy gut microbiome. This is especially important after antibiotics or during times of digestive issues. As a fruit-based nutritionist i recommend you eat at least 5 dates per day. Yes, that’s on top of the 10 bananas a day πŸ˜‰

My gut-restorer smoothie recipe is simple:
10-15 dates soaked about 1hr
A few handful of organic frozen strawberries
About 700mls of water
Blend on high for about 1 minute.
