You do not need to
โ Cut out sugar (including white)
โ Cut out fruit ๐ ๐
โ Eat artificial sweeteners instead
Losing fat and gaining health is not that complicated.
Now I eat all the sugar, carbohydrates and fruit that I want.
Itโs not all about looks of course, on a high sugar diet I also:
โ Lost over 40lbs excess weight
โ Cured hypothyroidism
โ Cured IBS
โ Blood sugar brain fog
Sugar facts:
- Sugar does not spike blood sugar levels as it is only moderate GI
- Table sugar or sucrose is an essential nutrient and breaks down to glucose and fructose which are monosaccharides and the bodies primary fuel source.
- Once broken down by the body (some instantly) the glucose is used to power the body the many complex functions of the body. Lipogenesis or the creation of new fat from sugar rarely ever happens as it is too valuable to the body and excess is stored as back-up fuel or glycogen.
