In this Gutinneen Bunny Cage Review, I share parts of this bunny cage setup and tell you my opinion regarding assembly difficulty. After setting up the cage, we got bunnies and had them live in it for more than a week before finalizing this review.
We bought this bunny hutch because we knew we were getting some Netherland Dwarf Bunnies and we wanted a great cage for them.
This cage has pull-out trays, and one of the trays can be accessed from the front or back of the cage. It has a waterproof roof and includes wheels to make it easy to move.
Its dimensions are 61.2"L x 22.6"W x 33.5"H, so approximately 5 feet by 2 feet by 3 feet. The wooden parts are made from 100% fir wood.
Our bunnies seem to like the cage. We wondered if it would be big enough for 2 Netherland Dwarf bunnies, and so far they seem to be happy together in this cage. They even sleep together. We do let them out to run around frequently so they stay healthy.
The cage setup is simple enough if you're good at following instructions and have a screw gun.
We are happy with this bunny cage, and I feel good about recommending it if you have smaller rabbits like we have.
