In this Eidon Ionic Minerals Zinc review, I not only share my experience with Eidon Zinc and how and why I use it. I also share important facts about zinc and copper you should be aware of before supplementing zinc.
I like this zinc because it's an ionic zinc suspended in deionized water. Eidon has a process which makes their minerals Angstrom sized, which makes them highly absorbable.
The actual zinc in this liquid concentrate is zinc sulfate. A serving has 7.5 milligrams which is about 50% of the adult recommended daily allowance.
When supplementing with high does of zinc for any length of time, many experts recommend you also supplement with copper. The reason for this is because too much zinc can cause a copper deficiency.
All things considered, if you use zinc like I recommend in this video, in my opinion, I don't think you need to worry about Copper. That being said, I recommend you do your own research regarding higher dosage zinc supplementation.
