Many blessings my wayward souls!
at the turn of the solar seasons, marked by the Equinoxes and Solstices, I do a guided meditation, which I wrote, to find the plant medicine, animal spirits, and crystal healers who wish to work with me during the season.
It is one of my favorites, and I am so excited share it with you all. There are different way you can approach the meditation! You can simply close your eyes and listen and allow the plant, animal and crystal spirits to journey to you through the liminal space that meditations create. But I know not everyone finds this approach easy, so here are some other ways to work with this meditation.
Oracle Decks: If you have oracle decks that show plant, animal and/or crystals you can shuffle the deck(s) and lay them in front of you before you begin the mediation. At the point in the meditation where you 'encounter' the specific guide, pull one of the guards.
Bowl or Bag and charms/tokens/notes: Another approach is to place several of your crystals in a bag and pull one at the appropriate part of the meditation. If you have a herbal cabinet, or spices in your kitchen, you can write down the names on strips of paper, fold them up and place them in a bowl, and pull one to work with. For animal guides, you can do the same. I do recommend writing down animals that are 'of the land where you live', however, I would also include animals from the lands of my ancestors as well. Let spirit guide you on the list, in the end you will pull one each, of a plant, crystal and animal guide.

I should note, that only the journey to the cabin and the items in the cabin change to set the season and mood, the journey itself remains the same. In a few days I will add a poll to the Community tab so we can take a vote!
