Chunk border visualizers (and all shaders) are broken on Windows 10 as of 1.16.200 due to the new Render Dragon rendering engine.
According to an official FAQ article, shaders are not supported in Render Dragon. If you want to find chunk borders on Windows 10 in 1.16.200 or higher, use one of the other methods.
Mobile users can continue using chunk border visualizer packs as usual.

Pretty straight forward. Chunk aligning is super important on Bedrock Edition, so this will be useful :)
