I made this creeper farm made to fit within the R44 despawn range in the nether update + a new creeper farm layout that has a 62,5% spawning space coverage. However, given that so many things are subject to change, I will not recommend building it nor will I make a tutorial for it in the near future.
Fingers crossed that the spawn range gets reverted and a fix gets implemented for the despawn range.
