Points of interest:
1. 0:00 - 1:25 You can create extreme lag upon loading, by switching to the "Multiplayer slot" of the character-selection wheel (with internet disconnected) during the loading screens.

In the vid I saved while driving, loaded the saved game, then activated this lag glitch. The result is that your vehicle stays in place for a few moments before suddenly zooming off at high speeds.

More can be done with this glitch, since the game will initially load you in a standing state, before suddenly placing you in the vehicle. I'd like to activate some prompt, or other ground action just before the game places you in the zooming vehicle...

1:25 -2:06 Switching characters during the loading screen: this causes your character to become stuck, and invincible in whichever area or vehicle that he's in, he'll sometimes fall through the floor before suddenly teleporting to his safehouse, staying stuck (though not always stuck). No character inputs work in this state.

2. 2:07 - If you breach out of a safehouse with a buffered ledge glitch, the immediate outside area of the safehouse has no graphics. You can also see inside of the house which is mostly unloaded.

3. 2:31 - Zipping away from a shop as I activate its prompt: the shop becomes semi-loaded as you zip away, the camera stays fixed on the shop and you can buy stuff still. Exiting the shop fixes things.

4. 2:43 - Saving while dying: saving at the moment of death buffers the save until you are actually dead. This lets you become saved out-of-bounds inside the hospital. Loading this saved game causes you to fall out-of-bounds before being teleported back to ground.

5. 3:27 - Breaching into the "torture room" that Trevor's torturing a guy in: Trevor is standing in there idle and the victim is not there.

6. 3:52 - Breaching out-of-bounds during the 'Monkey Business' mission with a buffered ledge glitch: just some sightseeing, going too far from your allies fails you.

7. 4:27 - Trigger bypass glitch: you can go through some triggers undetected by running towards it, jumping, then switching to the "Multiplayer slot" of the character-selection wheel (with internet not connected). You keep moving during these screens and when you leave these screens, you are on the other side of the trigger with it still intact. Needs to be tested more.

8. 4:51 - Switching character as you activate a mission prompt: this is frame precise to do, and in this instance the game thinks that the opposite character actually activated the trigger. The cutscene graphics are semi-loaded because the character you switched to is so far away. After the cutscene things return to normal.

9. 5:29 - 8:56 Glitching in 'Raiding the Bureau':

5:29 - Approaching the security door while holding the phone causes Michael to hold a sticky bomb to his ear should you use the phone.

5:44 - Killing an ally with a sticky bomb as you trigger the hacking cutscene, delays your inevitable failure until after the cutscene.

6:11 - Going out-of-bounds with a buffered ledge glitch, I then tried to leave the mission but got a fail.

6:48 - For some unknown reason the game let me switch characters while rappelling, this causes you to be momentarily stuck in a state between standing and rappelling.

7:05 - 8:56 I managed to leave the mission without getting a fail, by breaching out of the building near its base:

7:28 - At the base there are some firefighters standing stuck in place, they shake in terror if you aim a gun at them. Also, there are no cars driving around during this mission, so the whole map becomes your personal racetrack!

7:58 - Switching character as you activate a wardrobe causes both characters to switch to some random costume. The character who was in the wardrobe becomes invisible and stuck in a state between rappelling and standing. When you reach the get-away vehicle that character will still be stuck semi-rappelling looking like some crab walking in mid-air.

10. 8:56 - Quitting at the moment of losing a game of tennis, and then almost simultaneously selecting 'yes' and 'no', causes the "quit game camera" to remain. This lets you to play tennis blind with a reverse point-of-view.

11. 9:22 - 12:01 - Going out-of-bounds during the 'Dead Man Walking' mission lets you roam around freely with the cops deactivated.

12. 12:01 - Dropping a baseball against a moving fence - and then pushing against Chop as he retrieves it; will either throw you across the map (not in vid) or you'll teleport into the sky to do an airwalk.
