Just playing a mission with a unique mod for GTA Vice City. The LC map from GTA 3 on the Vice City game engine! This mod brings the entire world of GTA 3 to an updated game engine. This allows you to play with features that aren't present on GTA 3. Everything from motorcycles, helicopters burstable tires, breakable windshields, bailing out of vehicles, ability to smash cars with melee weapons, and etc.
