Back again with another upload and this time a unique mod for GTA 3 that turns "the worst place in America"" to a winter wonderland. I am also pretty rusty in this upload as evidenced in some of the missions I did. That and the handling for cars seemed to be changed to accommodate for the snow weather. I know that spring is almost here and no one is in a winter-y mood anymore, I decided to upload it anyway since I kept neglecting to edit and render the video. This was streamed LIVE on Twitch over a series of 2-3 days with all of the streams spliced into one to make an upload.
