This trick is only going to help on levels above 1, 2 and 3, since there are more patients to pick up. As the patient gets in, you get put and as they get back out, you get back in, so the game thinks you collected them, when they're actually just standing on the road.

By using this trick, I can take one trip to the hospital per level.
