In this video, I show how to obtain the EC/EL other epsilon blue JoBuilt Velum with EC other epsilon blue wingtips and EC metallic blue silver stripe from Michael's Strangers & Freaks mission "Delivering the Truth" using a method which is useful for patched old gen and unpatched new gen. After I obtain it, I reload the save and show that it's still there.

If you want such planes in your save, be sure to do Epsilon missions later in the game when the hangar is available for purchase and when you have millions of dollars.

Arrive to the scene with a vehicle capable for blocking Michael from stepping onto Velum's wing to enter it. Spook Tom with a gun and then you can just block Michael's path to teleport inside this Velum and fly it to your hangar.

Funny how V has only TWO special planes and both are found from the SAME mission. Lethal Vaccine shows the other one with black stripe on his channel as well as the all-platform method to get it with mission pass!
