With OpenIV, place the car files in: Dupdate\x64\dlcpacks\mpexecutive\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\mpexecutivevehicles.rpf\
Place the tuning files in: update\x64\dlcpacks\mpexecutive\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\mpexecutive\vehiclemods\bestiagts_mods.rpf\
