2. In \update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
(\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml)
add new line:

dlcpacks:\gt17\

3. In \update\update.rpf\common\data\extratitleupdatedata.meta
(\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\extratitleupdatedata.meta) add new line:
