Due to a glitch in the game, when you complete the mission "Saint Mark's Bistro", sometimes you will accidentally create an extra gang territory in the game. Here is a video of one of them spawning in Las Venturas. Also, if you fly out to the ocean in Las Venturas for 15 or more minutes, and then suicide, you can unlock other territories in the game as Gang Territories, which you can then claim for Grove Street the same way you do for Los Santos.
