This patriot is featured within the Courier missions. Cesar gives Intel to Carl after the mission King in Exile. There are two parts to the missions. First part is with the Special Patriot, where every Monday and Friday, it takes cash from LS to SF. The Second part is with a Sanchez, where every Wednesday and Saturday, it delivers YAY from SF to LS. Make sure you start this on a Monday or Friday.
