In this Video, I show how to obtain the Heavy/TP/EC Black and White Banshee from "The Trouble with Triads" with passing the Mission. After I obtain it, I reload the Save and show that it's still there as well as showing the Heavy and Tipproof properties.
Pre-requisite needed: A Heavy/Damage-Proof car.
Since only PSP version has the ability to restore vehicles in the garage, this method doesn't work on PS2 and Mobile versions. To obtain the Banshee on those platforms, you must instead push it with Firetruck and stop the fire by triggering Firefighter.
