In this Video, I show how to obtain the FP/PP/TP/EC Sky Blue Quad from the mission "When Funday comes" with Mission Failure as it's the only way to get it. After I obtain it, I reload the Save to show that it's still there as well as showing the FP/PP/TP Properties.
All you need to do is block the race path with a car and your Quad. After being blocked for some seconds, the competitors will come to a stop. Once that happens, snipe the drive and quickly enter his quad and drive forward until the screen fades out. Once the screen comes back, you will be drive the desired quad.
