Despite losing ground, the Purple Nines still want to pick a fight against the Red Jackets. D-Ice tells us to meet his brother close to our house and pick a baseball bat. Then need to head the picnic area in Wichita Gardens where the fight will happen, and use the bat to smack down the remaining Purple Nines. After taking all them down, we complete the last mission for D-Ice, with Rigged to Blow being replayable at the phone booth we took the missions. Here is where the glitch I mentioned in video for Uzi Money takes place. Basically, if you start a new a file from a save where you passed Rumble, the Purple Nines will not ever spawn in the new save. That makes Uzi Money impossible to be completed, thus not being able to get 100% completion. That glitch is on all versions of the game, even on Definitive Editon. To avoid it, you must start a fresh save without loading from Rumble completed. I made a video showing how to access locked Islands early, which can be used for head to Wichita Gardens and check the area for the Purple Nines. Also in that video's description, I explained how to create new files without this annoying glitch ruining them. The video is down this description.
Now the only missions remaining are from Asuka, which unlocks the final mission. So we do a final stop in the story to complete the three vehicle exportation lists, which is the only thing left to do besides the missions.
This mission is your last chance to covert vehicles into Damage Proof. The video in the description shows how to do the glitch that allows DP Convertion, that you can replicate on any mission that has a passenger to take.
