The last 5 rampages we be doing are the hardest ones in the game, with the ones involving the Cartel being the most annoying. Thankfully we are done with all of them after this. For that, we received another million dollars (Like we don't have plenty of it yet)

19 - Kill 20 Hoods members in 2 minutes with Pump Shotgun
(Second Location: Behind the "Sumo" outdoor near the airport entrance)

20 - Head shot 20 Hoods members in 2 minutes with M16
(Second Location: Behind the "Gasoline" outdoor in Wichita Gardens)
