Someone has placed a bomb in D-Ice's, who thinks can have his reputation on the streets damaged if the car is destroyed. So we are told to take the car to the mod shop within 6 minutes to remove the bomb. The shop is on Saint Mark's, that thankfully will have Leones hostility turned off during the mission. After having the bomb removed, we need to respray the car and deliver it back to the parking lot we taken it.
