We begin the second strand of payphone missions, with this one being located in Hepburn Hights. The caller is El Burro, leader of the local gang called Diablos. He offers work to the winner of a checkpoint race he doing across Portland. We must win the race, thus requiring a fast car to it. The best one is a Bashee located on the car dealer near 8-Ball bomb shop in Harwood, being able to stand against the three Cheetahs we race with.
Speaking of the Cheetahs, they all are BP/FP/EP. There will be a video of obtaining one of them at GTA III Special Vehicle Guide with all details.
