• This skull is on top of the tall rock pillar in middle of the big room that is three floors high. This is while. you are on your way to the hangar to regroup with Williams.

• First, clear all enemies in the room

• Jump onto the center platform on the second floor.

• Jump up on the platform that has a purple flame.

• Next, jump across onto the rocky pillar formation in the center of the room.

With the Grunt Birthday Party Skull turned on, Grunt headshots produce legendary celebrations (confetti and kids screaming "Yay!!!")
