Today we’re visiting Twycross Zoo and in this video we're walking around the Gruffalo Discovery Land. Based in Leicestershire Twycross Zoo is located a short drive from Birmingham City Centre.
Based on the Gruffalo story, the Gruffalo Discovery Land takes you on an adventure of storytelling and excitement. With a activity sheet for the children, the land is a mix of Gruffalo animatronics, animals and indoor story sections.
The zoo is a more friendly option for Children, with a number of playgrounds, both indoor and outdoor. And of course the Gruffalo Discovery Land that we're looking at today.
One of the great things about Twycross Zoo is the fact that you pay once and can visit as many times as you like within a 12 month period. Allowing you to try the Gruffalo Discovery Land in your own time, and return to visit the Zoo if you dont manage to do everything in the same day.
