We’ve back at Butlins Skegness in this walkthrough, but this time something a little different, we’re checking out what the accommodation looks like and for this video its the Butlins Skegness Basic Apartment walkthrough based in the Lagoon Bay area.
We start off next to the carpark just behind Butlins Skegness’s Studio 36 near the Giants Beach where we started the full Butlins Skegness walkthrough. So you can tell from that video that this apartment is very central with only a 1 minute walk to the indoor Waterworld waterpark.

From here we walk through the apartment blocks, some of these being the Butlins Comfort Plus Apartments which are bigger, usually have outdoor space (balcony or porch area) and are slightly more updated, with a bigger TV.
Once we enter the standard apartment, although it doesn’t look the best from the outside, you can see the room is perfect for a family of four that doesn’t want to spend to many pennies. This year we paid £230 for a Friday to Monday break the week before the school holidays. These rooms can sometimes go for as little as £74, Monday to Friday for a family of 4 when outside of the main season.
