At Yara, we are proud of our entrepreneurial and collaborative culture. By encouraging colleagues to think outside the box and support them with learning opportunities, we can solve challenges together and continuously improve the way we work.
Our two plants in Cartagena, Colombia are a true testament to this rich culture. Guided by their curiosity and through collaboration, they were able to not only solve key challenges, but create positive change across the whole value chain!
