I've been talking about hydroponics quite a bit lately. Yes, it's an interesting way to grow vegetables. It's quick, efficient, and very productive. However, in my opinion, it's not the best way to grow. The BEST way to grow vegetables will always be in good, quality soil. I decided to share some White Icicle Radish, Champion Radish, and Detroit Red Beets that have done very well in soil that was amended with goat manure. And since this is my first time ever growing a beet successfully, I'm quite pleased with the results.
