It's that time again! Come along for my Summer 2002 #Off-Grid #Garden Update!
The greenhouse is literally overflowing, and it's getting time to harvest some of my spring / early summer crops. But before I do, I wanted to show you how everything looks. When we first started this adventure, we has a couple of "nay Sayers". People who laughed at us for even thinking we could grow our own food in the high deserts of Southeastern Arizona. I hope they are still watching and are enjoying their meal of crow.
