MEAL PLAN
WED - *Mark cooking for us - Chicken & Apricot Tagine* Hot dogs, fries and corn on the cob for kids as per their request.
THURS - Chicken and chorizo jambalaya with salad and homemade pitta
FRI - Chinese takeaway with my grandparents.
SAT - *Mark cooking for us* Pulled pork nachos and banana milkshakes for the kids.
SUN - *Daisy Performance* Homemade lasagne and focaccia.
MON - Cajun chicken burgers with fries and salad

I'm a 38 year-old mum of three, who lives up North, in the UK, and this is my small part of the online world, where I share parts of my life.
I'm married to Mark, who is honestly my best friend, and we have three children and they seem to be growing up very fast these days. Our house is busy and full of love, and is also home to one dog, two cats and three rats. I did say it was busy...
Life did not go to plan for me, but I am very grateful for that, otherwise I wouldn't be where I am today.
