MEAL PLAN
WED - Mark cooking for us two (missed this Tuesday as we were at Christmas Fest). Fajita Night for the kids!
THUR - Baked Potato Station 🥔
FRI - Christmas Party Food
SAT - Build Your Own Burger night. 🍔
SUN - Pigs in Blanket Toad in the Hole with mash, peas and corn and gravy.
MON - Homemade meatballs (from freezer), spaghetti and garlic bread with salad.
TUES - Mark cooking for us. Freezer dive to clear out freezer space for Christmas prep!

I'm a 37 year-old mum of three, who lives up North, in the UK, and this is my small part of the online world, where I share parts of my life.
I'm married to Mark, who is honestly my best friend, and we have three children and they seem to be growing up very fast these days. Our house is busy and full of love, and is also home to one dog, two cats and three rats. I did say it was busy...
Life did not go to plan for me, but I am very grateful for that, otherwise I wouldn't be where I am today.
