DAY IN MY LIFE: Mun of 3 - Easter Holidays
We are missing a very important member of the team this week, as Daisy’s doing a week-long drama club. She’s loving it, but I must admit I miss her A LOT. We get to watch her performance on Friday though, and there’s always next week!
Me and the boys visited my Nanna and she made them lunch, which I told her not to do, but she’s the boss! We sat on the sofa together afterwards and she told me about her mum and her dad and how she misses them even now. And I just felt really grateful to be there with her. One thing I will always love is to be lucky enough to hear someone’s story. I could quite happily sit and listen all day.
Then we came back, I did some jobs, Bill did some revision, Stan dressed the dog up and took 56 photos of the cat, and then - by the power of Nurofen - we made a cake. Which was really nice. And I had a kitchen disco and momentarily forgot that Mark was in the office working and probably didn’t need Ghetto Superstar blasting during a Teams call. Good times.
